Fit Guide
Adult
Our adult pigment dyed sweaters are ‘unisex’ fit, so keep that in mind when you select the best size for your sweater. Please review our size chart provided to avoid disappointment.
With that being said, if you are looking for a ‘boyfriend fit’ we encourage you to size up! Speaking personally, us gals are usually a small in fitted clothing, but we wear large in these puppies (in Après Swim and Après Surf). For Après Ski we find it is better so go with a unisex small or medium so you don’t have too much bulk under your ski jacket, but just enough to fit over your winter layers.
But totally your preference, you do you!
Youth
Kids grow so gosh darn fast don’t they? So always better to order a size or two up so they can wear them this winter/summer as well as NEXT.
Our sizes are based on age, however we would suggest if you have a 2 year old to order a 4T and for a 5 or 6 year old to order the 6/8 for maximum usage/lifespan and cuddliness! We also don’t know how big or little your wee ones are so you don’t have to listen to us and instead please select your best size based on the size charts.
Shipping Policy
We ship all over Canada via Canada Post with a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
Shipping to the USA is also available at a rate of $20.
Once your order is received, it will be shipped out within 1-3 days and depending on your location you can expect your item to arrive within 1-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(Please be advised we will do our best to ensure your package arrives to you. However, if your package, for a reason beyond our control, does not arrive we will not be held liable.)
Return Policy
Damaged
We take pride in our sweaters and in the unlikely case there is a fault on your item please contact us as within 2 weeks from the date it was received. The item will then need to be sent to us in the same condition you received it, with tags on, and in the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your package we will then send you a replacement.
Satisfaction
We hope this never happens but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item(s) or you can drop it off at our Headquarters in Etobicoke. Please note the item must be unworn and unwashed with tags still on in order for us to accept it back. The cost of your sweater(s) will be refunded however shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Sizing
If you have selected the incorrect size or wish to change the colour of what you originally ordered you can bring your sweater back to our Headquarters in Etobicoke within two weeks of receiving it. Please make sure you review our size charts prior to placing your order to avoid this happening. If you are not able to drop off your garment, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it as well as re-ship the new item. Please note that your item must be unworn and unwashed with tags still on for us to accept it back.
